How Delivery Works

Submit Your Order
Start by selecting your material and quantity. Then enter the delivery zip code and pick a delivery date.
Supplier Assignment
Your order is connected with a supplier in our network for delivery.
Confirming Delivery
Your delivery date and a phone number for the local supplier will be included in a confirmation email.
Dump Truck Delivery
Your material arrives by dump truck at your driveway or the location designated on the property.

Prepare Before Delivery
- Remove obstacles from the material placement area
- Plan for a 12-foot-wide truck route that is clear of hanging limbs and overhead wires.
- Use a cone, flag, or other visible marker to identify the dump spot
- Being home is NOT necessary. Keep access open and leave instructions for material placement.
- Keep your phone nearby in case the driver calls or texts for confirmation
At Delivery
- For placement questions, the driver may call or text
- The material is unloaded as a pile where you specify
- The normal dump point is a driveway or accessible ground alongside it
- Most deliveries take about 10-15 minutes

Delivery Questions
Must I be home when the truck arrives?
No. Keep the access route open and specify the dump spot. The driver will unload the material where directed.
What order size is available?
Order any amount, from one ton to a full multi-ton load. Use the calculator for your project size, or tell us what you need and we will load it.
Can material be dumped in my backyard?
Safe dumping requires clear, level ground. Backyard unloading is possible when the truck can reach it. If it cannot, the driveway or an area beside the street is standard.
What happens if I order too much or too little?
Use the calculator to estimate the amount needed. Place another order if you need more material. Review our refund policy for cancellations.
Are weekend deliveries available?
Deliveries currently run on weekdays only (Monday through Friday). At checkout, you can choose your preferred date.
Which confirmation details will I get?
An email with your order and delivery details is sent immediately. Our team will contact you to verify the delivery date and provide the supplier's contact information.
What if the truck cannot reach my property?
Dump trucks need a 12-foot-wide access route free of hanging limbs and wires above. If the truck cannot reach your site, the driver will unload at the closest safe spot. Contact us before ordering with access concerns.
